Returns & Exchanges

At Wholesale Body Jewellery, we prioritize hygiene and safety; therefore, we accept returns on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewellery if the tamper-evident seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the jewellery remains in its original sealed pouch and place it in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and send it via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
