Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale accounts?
Yes, to maintain our wholesale pricing, we require a minimum opening order of $100. Subsequent reorders must meet a $50 minimum to qualify for bulk rates.
Do you provide sterilization certificates for your products?
All our surgical steel and titanium products are manufactured to international standards. While items are shipped non-sterile unless specified, we provide material mill certificates upon request for professional piercing studios.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically arrives within 3-5 days, while international wholesale shipments can take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy for defective items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any manufacturing defects. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on body jewellery that has been opened or worn.

Registered wholesale partners are granted a non-exclusive license to use our high-resolution product photography for their own marketing and e-commerce platforms.
